Timelines vary depending on your agency’s needs and the products and services you've purchased. Most teams are up and running within a few weeks (depending on scope), with support available throughout the process.
Our team will assist with system configuration if included in your onboarding scope. Data import support is only available if you've purchased a data service.
We offer live training sessions, on-demand videos, and step-by-step guides to help your team learn at their own pace. Personalized 1:1 training is available for purchase if your agency prefers a more tailored experience.
You’ll continue to have access to our Support team, help center, and training resources, so you’re never left on your own.
